Job Description

Operations Analyst (Fund Operations) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s financial client located in Boston, MA.

Job Details:

• Type: 12 Month (Initial contract)
• Possible temp to hire: Yes
• Location: Boston, MA 02205
• Pay Rate: $33 per hour.
• Schedule: Two weeks per month on site (One week at a time) Rotating weeks.

Interested candidates MUST have Fund Operations experiences such as Money movement, Trade operations, Asset Settlement, Cash memos, etc.

Operations Analyst, Fund Operations

• Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Operations Analyst supports the company Digital Asset Management (FDAM) by performing the day-to-day operations of digital asset investment products.
• The associate will interact with fund management, business partners, fund administrators, distribution channels, and investment professionals and will perform activities that reach across each of these domains.
• This person will support the investment lifecycle and associated processes, coordinate the flow of funds into/out of investment products, ensure operational risks and controls are appropriately aligned.

• 3-5 years of shown experience in financial services, preferably in fund/investment operations.
• Foundational understanding of financial services back, middle, and front office operations.
• Quality delivery and execution; attention to detail is paramount.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate optimally.
• Experience working in a fast paced, multifaceted asset management environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required
  ; emphasis on business and/or financial services preferred.
• Desire to work alongside investment professionals and senior leaders
• Detailed communication and follow through are needed
• Strong analytical mentality; critical problem solver
• Ability to complete operational processes
• Forward thinking and identifying improvements and ways to reduce operational risk
• Bold, ambitious, and entrepreneurial spirit

• A strong partner to the investment team and operations teams
• Ensure processes enforce to established policies & procedures
• Support business priority changes and new requests
