- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee fund accounting processes and coordinate with external administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Monitor investment performance metrics, expenses, and portfolio-related financial activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support investor reporting and assist with capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business planning.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance or accounting staff as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment management.
- Prior experience within an investment firm, private equity, hedge fund, asset management, or financial services environment strongly preferred.
