Director of FP&A and Analytics

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Northborough, MA looking for a Director of FP&A and Analytics to join their team. This position is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week and will report to the CFO.

• Evaluate potential assets by modeling P&L and cash flow impacts and assessing how each asset would integrate into the broader portfolio.
• Support and help lead the FP&A function, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining steady financial performance.
• Partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for organic growth and evaluate strategic asset acquisitions that align with the company’s long‑term growth objectives and exit strategy.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to drive strategic insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM, and ERP systems.

$160-180K + Bonus
