My client in North Andover, MA is a private equity backed, high-growth company looking to hire its first FP&A Manager to work closely with the CFO. This position will start as an individual contributor and eventually build out a team.
Candidates must be comfortable with 2-3x per week onsite in North Andover, MA.
Qualified applicants should have the following:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Experience supporting a PE backed company in growth mode and/or a large company with first-class FP&A processes and procedures
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite or Oracle Planning (EPM/PBCS) is preferred
- Understanding of US GAAP and three‑statement financial dynamics
- Ability to build complex models from scratch in Excel
Compensation ranges from $130K for a Senior looking for a bump to Manager up to $160K for an already established Manager. Bonus is 10%.
