Region Relationship Banker

Position Overview

This individual producer role assists the team in achieving sales, service, and operation goals for the Region Banking Centers according to Webster's Strategic Guidelines. The position supports multiple banking centers within the region and processes all customer‑related financial transactions in compliance with bank rules, regulations, and guidelines.

• Respond to customers' needs accurately and timely, capitalizing on resources and tools available.
• Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs‑based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other transactions.
• Achieve or exceed both individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as well as bank policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed branch audits and operations evaluation requirements.
• Adapt to business needs with scheduling and support banking centers within a region.
• Build strong relationships with banking center teams and collaborate with business lines.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated, strong customer‑service skills, and ability to support teamwork.
• Working knowledge of all products and services; keeps current with branch transaction processing systems.
• Ability to travel to various banking centers within the region.

Estimated hourly rate: $18.50 to $23.00 USD. Additional incentive compensation may be earned based on performance.
