• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
• Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
• Execute the bank s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
• Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Hours Per Week: 40

• Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly; offers based on experience, education, and skill set.
• Predictable pay; base salary with no incentive eligibility; benefits eligible.
