Senior Relationship Manager – Global Commercial Banking – Transformative Healthcare

• Manage a portfolio of for-profit healthcare clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion
• Help companies operate, borrow, and invest for current and future needs
• Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
• Enhance existing client relationships and identify relationship-deepening opportunities
• Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends
• Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management
• Facilitate relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services
• Design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects
• Lead dialogue with complex healthcare clients and prospects on industry topics, alternative capital structures, and business issues
• Coach and mentor peers
• Adapt to changes in sales practices and market and industry conditions

• 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Banking or Investment Banking
• Ability to successfully manage an extensive portfolio of clients with revenues greater than $50 million
• Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
• Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up from client meetings
• Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
• Financial modeling experience
• Completion of a credit training is required
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with a team of bank associates
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within 180 days of start date
• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• MBA desirable
• Existing knowledge of the market preferred
• Active participation in local community organizations desirable
• Active networking contacts and Centers of Influence established in market highly desirable
• Interest in healthcare specialized industries
