AboutThe Role
Business Analyst‑Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment (W-2). You will work with our client’s Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and implement contracts for lobbying and political consultants. Requires concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar. Can work in a team environment at all levels. If you have a background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.
You will report to the onsite Manager.

- Ensure retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Ensure proper coding of invoices and payment of vendors.
- Prepare requests for political contributions and track on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions.
- Follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices.
- Requires clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.
Base salary range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr.
