• Offer specialized services like color consultations and advanced hair styling techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for tools, stations, and work areas.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills — listening carefully to their needs and providing personalized recommendations for retail products and additional services.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed — checking in clients, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Proven experience in cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating skills in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and perming.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards specific to beauty services to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Ability to mentor others while maintaining high-quality service standards; previous store management experience is a plus but not required.
