There is one full‑time position available for a Program Clinician for the Intensive Treatment Residence Childhood Program.

• Providing treatment and care coordination for youth.
• Facilitating diagnostic and clinical assessments, and maintaining a therapeutic milieu.
• Initiating crisis planning and providing clinical assessment for psychiatric emergencies.
• Coordinating with internal and external providers on substance abuse screening, assessment of strengths/needs, and other assessments specific to the needs of youth.
• Serving as the primary contact for families/legal guardians and DCF regarding treatment progress.
• Providing counseling and psychoeducation to families/legal guardians to strengthen healthy relationships among the youth’s social network.

• Master’s degree in a clinical area and license‑eligible required; new or soon‑to‑graduate candidates encouraged to apply.
• One or two years of relevant clinical or clinical care management experience with youth required; experience from Saint Vincent’s Services and other providers considered.

• Demonstrates familiarity with trauma‑informed care.
• Demonstrates effective communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a strength‑based manner to forge respectful relationships with youth and families.
• Demonstrates effective organizational and time‑management skills.
