About the Role

People Incorporated is hiring a CNA – Part‑Time Evening to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.25, on‑the‑job training, and no prior experience is required.

Evening shifts:
Saturday 1:00‑6:00 pm, Tuesday 1:00‑6:00 pm, Thursday 1:00‑6:00 pm, Friday 1:00‑6:00 pm. Part‑time, full‑time, relief, and per‑diem opportunities are available.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and medication distribution.
• Prepare meals and help with meal‑time routines.
• Ensure a structured routine that includes community outings such as movies, shopping, dining, baseball games, and bowling.
• Attend individuals’ medical appointments and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Provide compassionate support and foster a positive, respectful environment.

• Valid Massachusetts CNA license (no background check required for this license).
• Compassionate, people‑first attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle.
• Eligibility for a TB screening and physical upon hire and annually thereafter.
• Clean driving record and qualifying criminal background check, as per state regulations.
