Direct Care Professionals - Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

After One Year: $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Monday 1pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-9pm

No Experience Needed: We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Employment Options: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem

Shift Availability: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Locations: Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license;

• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, You Will Provide Opportunities For Individuals To Integrate Into The Community And Enjoy Outings That Interest Them. Examples Of Some Outings Are:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling
