Job Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time. People Incorporated, a forward‑thinking human services agency based in Mansfield, Taunton and Fall River.

Pay: $22.25 per hour (no experience required; on‑the‑job training provided).

• Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities: meal preparation, personal care, medication distribution, coordinating medical appointments.
• Participate in individualized community outings such as movies, shopping, dining, sports and bowling.
• Maintain structured routines and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

• Valid Massachusetts CNA license.
• Compassionate and committed to making a difference.
• Passing criminal background and driving record checks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle.
• TB screening and physical exam upon hire; TB update every two years.
