Direct Care Professionals (Full Time Overnights)

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday 11pm-9am

No experience needed: we offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Shift Availability: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem
2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Locations: Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
