In this role you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, track clinical outcomes to support patient progress, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
