Occupational Therapist – Emergency Residence

Job Summary

A full‑time position is available within our Occupational Therapy department. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Massachusetts licensure, and possess one to two years of related experience, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Provide specialty occupational therapy and individualized therapeutic services for youth.
• Facilitate groups, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, life‑skills training, sensory integration, and other related services.
• Schedule flexible hours to meet the needs of the youth in the programs.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of learning disabilities and the needs of individual youth.
• Ability to implement creative individualized programming.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
