Direct Care Professional – Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit-eligible employment)

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem – 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas

Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program by providing assistance with daily activities and ensuring a structured, engaging routine.

• Plan and participate in individual community outings with residents
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking as needed
• Offer assistance with daily living activities, including personal care
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and coordinate care

• Compassionate and eager to help others
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Successful criminal background check and clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical on hire, with TB update every two years thereafter
