Direct Care Professionals Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour. $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - We offer ongoing FREE on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per‑Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

• Compassionate and caring nature
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle use expected
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, with TB update every two years thereafter
