Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (base rate). After one year of benefit‑eligible employment, the rate increases to $21.00 / hour.

Schedule:

• Saturday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Monday 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Tuesday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Thursday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

No experience required. We provide ongoing free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.

Part‑time, full‑time, relief, and per‑diem positions available. 2nd and 3rd shifts open in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle required
• TB screening and physical exam upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and participate in outings that interest them. Examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping trips
• Going to dinner
• Baseball games
• Bowling
