Physical Therapy Assistant; PTA

Overview

Powerback is a leading provider of physical therapy services. We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient recovery in a facility setting.

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the director of rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote a caring, compassionate atmosphere and put patients first.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.

USD $32.00 – $40.00 per hour.

Bonus: USD $15,000.00 (retention).
