We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist
, including new graduates
, to join an outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build strong clinical skills, gain mentorship, and grow confidence in patient care while delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Multiple locations in the Worcester area.

Monday - Friday - either 7am- 4pm or 11am to 7pm.

• Perform patient evaluations under established clinical guidelines to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with support and collaboration from experienced clinicians
• Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities appropriate to patient needs
• Educate patients on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to support coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all state, federal, and professional standards of practice
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Eligible for or holding an active state Physical Therapist license
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop clinical expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
