Direct Care Professionals – Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr; $21.00/hr after one year of benefit‑eligible employment.

Schedule:

Sunday 7pm‑11pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm‑11pm.

We offer ongoing FREE on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, providing assistance with daily activities and ensuring a structured routine.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle permitted
• A TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years thereafter
