Direct Care Professionals – Part Time/Evenings

$20.00 per hour.
$21.00 per hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Schedule: Sunday 9am‑11pm, Thursday 3pm‑11pm, Friday 3pm‑11pm.

Shift Options: Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Clear criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you help individuals integrate into the community by participating in outings of their interest. Example outings include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
