Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center, North Andover, MA, $45–$48/hour
Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, helping them improve independence and participation in daily activities.
Position Responsibilities- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
- Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborative interdisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
