Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $55–$65/hr + Guaranteed Pay | School-Based | MASSACHUSETTS

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Massachusetts. We have roles supporting PK–12 student populations, offering dynamic and varied caseloads across multiple grade levels.

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are interested in pediatric, school-based therapy across diverse age groups.

Position Details
  • Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
  • Location: Fall River, MA (+ additional locations)
  • Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time
  • Pay Rate: $55–$65/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even if student sessions are missed)
  • Setting: Public school (PK–12)
  • Start Date: 2026-27 SY

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
  • Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments across age groups
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
  • Support students with:
    • Articulation and phonology
    • Receptive and expressive language
    • Social/pragmatic communication
    • Fluency and voice disorders
  • Adapt therapy approaches for early childhood, elementary, and secondary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
  • DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
