Our residential programs provide a person‑centered continuum of services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role supports a group home environment that promotes daily living skills, social integration, and community connections.
Responsibilities- Support daily operations of a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.
- Promote community integration by facilitating access to resources, fostering relationships, and reducing stigma.
- Ensure a safe, supportive environment and implement crisis interventions when needed.
- Assist in implementing Individual Support Plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to drive a program van.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and personally owned vehicle.
- Sunday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm (24 hours).
Hourly Rate: $19.50 USD
