Direct Care Professionals – Full Time Evenings
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour. $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
Schedule: Sunday 3pm-11pm, Monday 1pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-11pm, Friday 1pm-11pm
No Experience Needed: We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
Options: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: As a Direct Care Professional you will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
Duties include:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
Qualifications: Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
- A TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years
- Interest or experience in CNA, PCA, HHA work encouraged; students in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology encouraged
