Direct Care Professionals – Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour. $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule:

Sunday 9am-11pm, Monday 1pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-9pm, Friday 3pm-9pm

No experience needed. We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

Community outings provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community. Examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years afterward

• Interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
• Students in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology programs encouraged to apply
