Direct Care Professionals – Full Time, Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Schedule: Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm.

Shift Options: Part‑time, full‑time, relief/per diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• Tuberculosis screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with individual community outings (e.g., movies, shopping, dining, baseball games, bowling)
