Direct Care Professionals – Part Time / Evenings

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

Examples of outings include:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling

$20.00 per hour. $21.00 per hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment.

Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

• Compassionate and a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after hiring
