Registered Dietitian – Inpatient

Location:

Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA

Hours:

40 hrs per week

Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Under direction of the Team Leader Inpatient Nutrition or designee, perform diversified duties as a member of the interdisciplinary team involving directing nutritional care for patients on various assigned nursing units.
• Screen patients for nutritional risks, assess patient nutritional status, provide teaching to patients and families, and other related duties.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition with an accredited program of supervised experience.
• Registration by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
• Must obtain order writing privileges within 6 months of hire.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• Proof of application for state licensure from the Division of Professional Licensure required prior to hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.
• Compensation:
  Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
