Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists for school‑based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year.

Compensation & Perks

Speech‑Language Pathologist Responsibilities
  • Provide school‑based speech‑language therapy services to PK–12 students.
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small‑group sessions.
  • Support students with articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language needs, social/pragmatic communication, fluency disorders, voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
  • Support students’ communication skills across educational environments.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • CCC‑SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP/CFY).
  • Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility.
  • DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility.
  • School‑based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
