Nursing Assistant – Adult Day Health.

Location:

Aging Well Adult Day, 420 Maple Street, Marlborough, MA.

Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Hours:

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Shift: Day Shift | No Weekends | No Evenings | No On-Call.

• Monitor the health conditions of individuals and ensure high‑quality services are provided.
• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.
• Support individuals with life skills, social integration, and community participation.
• Help maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
• Assist with recreational activities, group programs, and community outings.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation.
• Support household activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), with preference for experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Current CNA license.
