Tower light Health and Wellness LLC is seeking an independently licensed psychotherapist (LICSW or LMHC) to join their team in Bourne, Massachusetts. This role offers clinical autonomy, allowing therapists to apply their own modalities to provide comprehensive care to patients.
As a W-2 employee, you will have a flexible fee-for-service structure with the possibility of transitioning to a benefits-eligible hourly position as hours increase.
The ideal candidate will have experience in individual psychotherapy, be comfortable managing a caseload, and have technical comfort with telehealth and EHR.
