Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour, $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule:

Sunday 7pm-11pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm-11pm

No experience needed. We offer ongoing free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle.
• T cell screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings.
• Meal preparation.
• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Personal care.
• Medical appointments.

• The movies.
• Shopping.
• Going to dinner.
• Baseball game.
• Bowling.
