• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred, including patient evaluation and development of treatment plans in post‑acute or long‑term care environments.
• Ability to document electronically and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
