Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings Pay Rate

• $20.00 / hour
• $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit‑eligible employment)

• Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
• Tuesday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Wednesday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Outings allow individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities they are interested in. Common examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling

• Compassionate, interested in making a difference
• High‑school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle needed
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years
