$36.75–$43.00 /hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family‑centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.

• Deliver home‑based OT services and assessments
• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Collaborate with a caring, multi‑disciplinary team
• Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
• Mentor OT students and assistants

• Licensed OT in MA
• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
• Strong communicator & team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred
