Northeast Family Services (NFS) is expanding its outpatient therapy team across Massachusetts. We’re seeking licensed clinicians to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at one of our five MA locations.
Full-time roles offer guaranteed salary, with $60k-$70k base and an incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity. A $3,000 Stay-on Bonus is available after probation, plus comprehensive benefits and licensure support.
