Overview

Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight. Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. This role acts as a caregiver for individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, or an acquired brain injury (ABI or TBI). Customer service, administrative skills, and compassion for others are essential traits of a Direct Support Professional.

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including assistance with personal care (bathing, toileting, teeth brushing) as needed to help individuals look and feel their best.
• Assist and/or teach individuals household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping, while providing opportunities for increasing independence.
• Accompany individuals to appointments as needed.
• Administer medications or support self-medication in accordance with residential guidelines.
• Follow routines and programs such as Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and Physical Therapy as appropriate.

Awake hours: $23.50 per hour (additional $1 per hour differential with MAP certification). Asleep hours: $17.50 per hour (no differential).

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
