Direct Care Professional

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Pay Rate after 1 year of benefit eligible employment: $21.00 / hour

Location: Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

Shift Availability: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and medical appointments.

• Compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
