Direct Care Professionals – Part Time / Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment.

No Experience Needed – We offer ongoing FREE on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Sunday 7 pm–11 pm, Thursday and Friday 3 pm–11 pm. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver's license and ownership/use of a personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
