Associate Behavior Therapist

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists dedicated to providing intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Location & Employment
  • Full‑time or part‑time positions available throughout Massachusetts, including in‑home and treatment‑center settings in Milford, Rockland, Leominster, North Andover, Fall River, and Chicopee.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive rates starting between $23 and $27 per hour. Full‑time applicants may receive an up to $2,500 signing incentive and $250 monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes.
  • Engage children in play and follow individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to promote independence.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Associate’s degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma plus at least one year of relevant experience (eligible for full‑time or evening opportunities).
