Direct Care Professionals - Part Time Days

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (up to $21.00/hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment).

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am-10am.

Positions:
Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine
• Provide individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with ADLs, personal care, medical appointments and medication distribution
