Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Manager of Patient Access Services, schedule patient appointments for the MRI departments.
- Perform pre‑registration, insurance authorization, and precertification for scheduled services.
- Work under pressure and make independent decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Telephone experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with insurance third‑party requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Independent decision‑making abilities.
$20.05 – $26.98 per hour.
Schedule40 hours per week. Day shift Monday‑Friday 8:00–4:30.
