FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Malden, MA and we are seeking passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults right where they live. Sign‑on bonus eligible for those that qualify. In this role you will provide in‑home and senior living care through our signature Geriatric House Calls model, while also integrating telehealth and other virtual care options.

You will enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to create and manage your own treatment schedule.

• Provide one‑on‑one occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care).
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

• Part‑time Occupational Therapist – In‑Home & Senior Living Care (salaried with benefits; eligibility based on minimum hours).
• PRN / FOX Flex Occupational Therapist – Home & Community Visits (pay per unit compensation).

In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for a Full‑time role is $70,000–$105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more.

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

• Must be able to exert medium physical effort: lift 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Perform CPR.
• Provide moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility.
• Reposition patients; stand/walk for extended periods; climb stairs; perform therapeutic activities.
• Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model.
• Wear PPE when required.
