Schedule: M-F 8-5 (Offer Based on Years of Experience)

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states where agency operates
• Licensed driver able to travel to all business locations
• Valid CPR certification while employed
