Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help create engaging activities that promote social interaction, independence, and quality of life for our residents while working alongside our Activities Director.

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities
• Encourage resident participation and create a fun, inclusive environment
• Help set up and clean up activity areas and events
• Provide hands‑on support during scheduled programs
• Document resident participation and attendance
• Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident well‑being

• Experience working with seniors or patients is preferred
• Positive, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and families
