Direct Care Professional - Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
After 1 year: $21.00 / hour (benefit eligible)

Training: No experience required – we provide ongoing free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Positions: Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem – 2nd and 3rd shifts available in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Assist adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and participating in individual community outings
• Preparing meals
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Providing personal care
• Accompanying to medical appointments

Community outings Example:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter
