About the Role
Direct Care Professionals support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. They provide assistance with daily activities, ensure a structured routine and offer community integration opportunities.
Employment TypePart‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem with 2nd and 3rd shift availability. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- The Movies
- Shopping
- Going to Dinner
- Baseball Game
- Bowling
- Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
- A TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years thereafter
- 4 weeks accrued paid time off
